The hotel is set in a very central area next to the center, making it convenient and safe. the staff was polite and the hotel's proximity to the port for boat rides to the islands was a plus. Cleanliness was fairly good as well.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Puno and it was one of the best places I stayed at during my three-month trip in South America. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a hot shower. The bed and pillows were also really comfortable. The breakfast they provided was amazing, with a variety of delicious options like avocado, yogurt, fruits, and cheese. They even had free tea available all the time, including coca and muna. The staff were great and the location was convenient.
